Methodology – The Keel Group’s ARO ™ Process

The Keel Group through the application of its proprietary ARO™ (Assessment- Recommendation-Optimization) process delivers comprehensive lead generation solutions customized to match your company’s sales objectives.  

Assessment
Reviewing your company’s position on the Six Major Demand Generation Categories, The Keel Group can quickly ascertain you business’s demand and lead generation position by grading each area of importance against your competitors, the market, and your company’s historical achievements.   Our client’s find the Assessment process has great value because it supplements their limited internal resources with analysis created by The Keel Group’s senior personnel and matrix of partners.  Often having difficulty committing needed time for planning, our customer’s appreciate access to our experience and our timely turn around.  The Assessment is usually completed in less than two weeks from the first assessment meeting.

Recommendations
Once the physical Assessment is completed, the information is then compiled by The Keel Group’s senior staff and a hard copy report is delivered to you followed by a formal presentation.  Describing in detail our findings, we methodically categorize the information into the Six Major Demand Generation Categories.  Our customer’s find this an easy to understand but thorough format.  A follow up list of clarifying questions is then developed with your input and a final clarification addendum is delivered.  The presentation is scheduled at your convenience and is usually delivered within a week of the end of the formal assessment.

Optimization
Following the Assessment and Recommendations, an Optimization proposal, based on your immediate sales needs, is completed.  The Optimization proposal includes an execution schedule, metrics and pricing.  Based on your needs, the proposal can either; develop a longer term fully integrated solution or a turnkey campaign specific to the targeted area focusing on immediate results.  Targeting the Demand Category with the most immediate return, the Optimization plan is built with longer term marketing and sales integration in mind ensuring dollars spent early can be leveraged over time and into other campaigns.  Once agreed to, the plan will be executed at a pace and with resources correctly sized to meet your team’s needs.
