Nathaniel R. Pierce, Esq.

Nathaniel R. Pierce (“Nat”) is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, and Virginia. He works out of the Keel Group Ltd’s Virginia Beach office and he supervises the New Jersey office.

Nat grew up in Mountain Lakes, New Jersey, and came to Virginia to attend Regent University School of Law, graduating in 2008. While in law school, Nat served as President of the Business Transactions Law Society and as a Member of the Negotiations and Client Counseling Board. He also clerked for the National Right to Work Foundation, and spent a summer in France at the Strasbourg International Law and Human Rights Program.

Nat attended Messiah College. Nat traveled extensively during his college years, studying abroad in Athens at the University of LaVerne, and participated in the International Business Institute where he visited 15 countries and various corporate headquarters and governmental offices throughout Europe, studying international trends in global marketing, international finance, global business strategy and comparative economic systems.

Nat has worked for both small and large businesses. Prior to law school Nat worked for BASF Corporation, the worlds largest chemical company in their international trade department.  Nat assisted in implementing various post 9-11 transportation security programs throughout the US as well as the creation and implementation of a SAP based discrepancy reporting system monitoring container shipping discrepancies and increased labor costs at BASF nationwide regional distribution center.
